This is a super creamy nut based ice cream. The combination of cashews and coconut cream seems to be the secret behind the creaminess of this one.
Ingredients
- 2 cup Raw Cashews No soaking overnight
- 1 can Coconut Cream Full fat of course
- 1/2 cup Honey
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 1/4 cup Cacao Powder Optional
- 1/2 cup Dark Chocolate Chunks Optional
Servings: Bowls depending on gluttony
Instructions
- Place all ingredients (except chocolate chunks if using) into the a blender and blend on high speed for three minutes. It should be quite creamy and somewhat thick.
- Pour into the ice cream maker and use as instructed.
- If using any additional chunks like the dark chocolate, let the ice cream get thick and start to create peaks before adding the chunks.
