raw organic nuts
Cashews are creamy, Macadamia are a little less nutty, pecans and brazils can work too.

can (15 oz)
organic full fat coconut milk
1/2
cup
raw agave

tsp
Vanilla Extract

salt (if desired)

Cacao Powder
optional – makes a vanilla ice cream into a chocolate one!
Instructions
Put all ingredients into a blender
Blend starting on low and work up to high
Make sure all the nuts are creamed
If too thick, add water or more coconut milk
If too thin, add nuts
It’s up to you what is too thick or thin, I find it to be pretty forgiving
Place into your ice cream maker for ice cream or put in fridge for a mousse
Experiment
