Ingredients
- 1 cup Macadamia Nuts Raw unsoaked
- 1 cup Cashews Raw unsoaked
- 1 can Coconut Milk Full Fat 13.5 oz
- 1/4 cup Coconut Oil
- 1/4 cup Cacao Powder
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract 2 if you leave out the almond extract
- 1 tsp Almond Extract

Instructions
- Put all ingredients into a blender. Start on low speed and work up to higher speeds. Total blending at least 3 minutes. Be careful to watch the consistency and add water if it looks too pasty after a long time blending.
Recipe Notes
This recipe is a riff based on multiple other recipes and a little experience and a little experimentation. Use the ingredients as a starting point. I find that the nuts behave differently at different times so you may need to add water or not.
