Super simple recipe. Just blend all the ingredients till they make a smooth semi paste, then put it into your ice cream maker.
You can also just refrigerate without the ice cream maker and it’s kinda moussy.
Ingredients
- 2 cups raw organic nuts Cashews are creamy, Macadamia are a little less nutty, pecans and brazils can work too.
- 1 can (15 oz) organic full fat coconut milk
- 1/2 cup raw agave
- 2 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 1 pinch salt (if desired)
- 1/4 cup Cacao Powder optional - makes a vanilla ice cream into a chocolate one!

Instructions
- Put all ingredients into a blender
- Blend starting on low and work up to high
- Make sure all the nuts are creamed
- If too thick, add water or more coconut milk
- If too thin, add nuts
- It's up to you what is too thick or thin, I find it to be pretty forgiving
- Place into your ice cream maker for ice cream or put in fridge for a mousse
